Leader \u00e4r en metod f\u00f6r landsbygdsutveckling som introducerades av EU 1991. I metoden st\u00e5r lokal f\u00f6rankring, initiativkraft och engagemang i centrum. Tanken \u00e4r att utveckling av just din plats genomf\u00f6rs mest effektivt av er som bor och verkar d\u00e4r – av dig, din f\u00f6rening, lokala f\u00f6retag och andra organisationer. Leaderomr\u00e5den i Sverige<\/h2>\n

F\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla ett lokalt fokus drivs leadermetoden i geografiskt avgr\u00e4nsade omr\u00e5den, s\u00e5 kallade leaderomr\u00e5den. F\u00f6r att bilda ett leaderomr\u00e5de kr\u00e4vs att lokala akt\u00f6rer fr\u00e5n ideell, privat och offentlig sektor g\u00e5r samman och arbetar fram en utvecklingsstrategi. <\/em>Denna ska vara baserad p\u00e5 behov och f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r det specifika omr\u00e5det. Strategin beskriver exempelvis vad som beh\u00f6ver g\u00f6ras f\u00f6r att \u00f6ka syssels\u00e4ttningen, f\u00e5 fler nya f\u00f6retag och f\u00f6r att omr\u00e5det ska bli attraktivt och konkurrenskraftigt.<\/p>\n

Den lokala utvecklingsstrategin ligger till grund f\u00f6r leaderomr\u00e5dets budget, en budget som beslutas av Jordbruksverket. Fr\u00e5n leaderomr\u00e5det kan boende och verksamma inom omr\u00e5det s\u00f6ka pengar f\u00f6r att driva projekt. Projekt som beviljas st\u00f6d ska bidra till att m\u00e5len i utvecklingsstrategin kan n\u00e5s. Varje leaderprojekt kan s\u00e5ledes ses som en pusselbit som tillsammans med alla andra projekt bidrar till att omr\u00e5dets m\u00e5l och vision uppfylls.<\/p>\n
