Projektet genomf\u00f6rdes under 2023 och v\u00e4nde sig fr\u00e4mst till mindre f\u00f6retag verksamma p\u00e5 landsbygden. Inom projektet kunde enskilda f\u00f6retagare ans\u00f6ka om st\u00f6d f\u00f6r olika typer av delaktiviteter. Astrid Lindgrens Hembygd hade m\u00f6jlighet att bevilja upp till 40\u202f000 kronor i st\u00f6d per delaktivitet exklusive privat medfinansiering. St\u00f6det kunde anv\u00e4ndas till exempelvis kompetensutveckling, konsultinsatser, marknadsf\u00f6ring, varum\u00e4rkesarbete, produkt- och tj\u00e4nsteutveckling, studiebes\u00f6k eller inspirationsinsatser som bidrar till f\u00f6retagets utveckling.<\/p>\n

Tillsammans med professionella filmare har f\u00f6retaget Eld\u00e5ker & Engqvist skapat fyra korta filmer f\u00f6r att v\u00e4cka intresse f\u00f6r deras verksamhet och omr\u00e5det d\u00e4r de verkar. Eld\u00e5ker och Engqvist driver Cykla i Filmlandskapet Sm\u00e5land som erbjuder cykelturer med utg\u00e5ngspunkt fr\u00e5n Filmbyn Sm\u00e5land Mariannelund. Deras guidade turer g\u00e5r till historiska platser och inspelningsmilj\u00f6er d\u00e4r filmerna om Emil i L\u00f6nneberga spelades in.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00e5gra erfarenheter fr\u00e5n projektet var till exempel att noggrann planering l\u00f6nar sig. Att jobba med professsionella filmare gav dem b\u00e5de resultat och nya kunskaper.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Vid Korka Kvarn utanf\u00f6r Vimmerby har Josefin Karlsson startat en ny g\u00e5rdsbutik och k\u00f6kstr\u00e4dg\u00e5rd. Den s\u00f6kande har f\u00e5tt st\u00f6d f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra i ordning butiken och anl\u00e4gga tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rden, inklusive ett staket runt odlingen. Tanken har varit att skapa ett trevligt utflyktsm\u00e5l d\u00e4r bes\u00f6kare kan se hur lokal odling g\u00e5r till. Nu \u00e4r b\u00e5de butik och tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rd i g\u00e5ng, och satsningen bidrar till fler bes\u00f6kare i omr\u00e5det, nya samarbeten och lokal utveckling.<\/p>\n

P\u00e5 g\u00e5rden Hammar vid Solgen har projektet bidragit till att utveckla verksamheten inom sm\u00e5skalig tr\u00e4f\u00f6r\u00e4dling och turism. Den s\u00f6kande har tagit fram nya tr\u00e4produkter, utvecklat upplevelser kopplade till skog och h\u00e4st, samt deltagit i flera utbildningar och n\u00e4tverkstr\u00e4ffar. Projektet har ocks\u00e5 inneburit att en ny grafisk profil med logotyp har tagits fram och att hemsidan har utvecklats. Under projekttiden f\u00e4rdigst\u00e4lldes \u00e4ven en snickarverkstad, vilket skapat b\u00e4ttre f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r fortsatt produktutveckling och f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning.<\/p>\n

Fredensborgs Herrg\u00e5rd har genom projektet tagit fram tre nya upplevelser som st\u00e4rker platsens koppling till lokalhistoria, natur och filmkultur. Projektet bygger p\u00e5 intervjuer, arkivmaterial och samarbete med f\u00f6reningar, f\u00f6retag och privatpersoner i trakten. Resultatet \u00e4r en f\u00f6rel\u00e4sning om herrg\u00e5rdens historia, en guidad vandring runt sj\u00f6n Gissen samt en bussguidning till klassiska filminspelningsplatser i omr\u00e5det. Syftet har varit att erbjuda h\u00e5llbara och platsn\u00e4ra upplevelser f\u00f6r g\u00e4ster p\u00e5 herrg\u00e5rden \u2013 n\u00e5got som nu finns tillg\u00e4ngligt f\u00f6r bokning och som redan v\u00e4ckt stort lokalt engagemang.<\/p>\n

Mona och 5 av hennes v\u00e4nner i H\u00e4rn\u00f6sand ville genomf\u00f6ra en festival f\u00f6r ungdomar i H\u00e4rn\u00f6sand. De bj\u00f6d in f\u00f6reningar att presentera sina aktiviteter f\u00f6r unga, spelade musik och h\u00f6ll i spel med barn. De hade \u00e4ven Tik-Tok dans, dansupptr\u00e4dande och karaoke. P\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen blev det disco med DJ. Festivalen blev lyckat och gruppen har planer f\u00f6r att samordna nya aktiviteter.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00e5gra erfaranehter fr\u00e5n projektet var till exempel hur man g\u00f6r en budget och id\u00e9er kring hur de kan n\u00e5 ut till \u00e4nnu fler n\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng!<\/em><\/p>\n
