Ett gym f\u00f6r fler \u2013 i alla \u00e5ldrar<\/h2>\n

Myresj\u00f6 IF utvecklar nu ett nytt, fullt tillg\u00e4ngligt gym med s\u00e4rskilt fokus p\u00e5 tr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r \u00e4ldre (65+), men med m\u00f6jligheter f\u00f6r alla \u00e5ldrar och f\u00f6r rehabilitering. Projektet bygger vidare p\u00e5 ett st\u00f6d fr\u00e5n Arvsfonden som m\u00f6jliggjort nya lokaler med omkl\u00e4dningsrum och dusch \u2013 och genom detta Leaderprojekt kan gymmet nu ocks\u00e5 utrustas med anpassad tr\u00e4ningsutrustning.<\/p>\n

Syftet \u00e4r att skapa en trygg, inkluderande och l\u00e4ttillg\u00e4nglig tr\u00e4ningsmilj\u00f6 d\u00e4r fler kan st\u00e4rka sin h\u00e4lsa, minska risken f\u00f6r skador och f\u00e5 m\u00f6jlighet till ett mer aktivt och sj\u00e4lvst\u00e4ndigt liv. Tr\u00e4ningen sker b\u00e5de individuellt och i grupp, med st\u00f6d av utbildade instrukt\u00f6rer, och riktar sig s\u00e4rskilt till personer som i dag saknar m\u00f6jlighet att anv\u00e4nda traditionella gym p\u00e5 grund av tillg\u00e4nglighet eller os\u00e4kerhet.<\/p>\n

Gymmet kommer att anv\u00e4ndas av Myresj\u00f6 IF:s medlemmar samt av lokala pension\u00e4rsf\u00f6reningar, och blir en ny m\u00f6tesplats \u00f6ver generationsgr\u00e4nserna. Genom att erbjuda tr\u00e4ning p\u00e5 hemmaplan minskar ocks\u00e5 behovet av resor till n\u00e4rliggande t\u00e4torter, vilket bidrar till en positiv milj\u00f6effekt.<\/p>\n

Satsningen st\u00e4rker b\u00e5de den sociala gemenskapen och folkh\u00e4lsan i Myresj\u00f6- och Landsbrobygden \u2013 och ger idrottsplatsen en \u00f6kad anv\u00e4ndning \u00e5ret runt.<\/p>\n
