Parking space tobo

The Tobo Parking Project makes it possible to receive motorhome guests in an organized and environmentally friendly way, integrated with the golf activities. By offering shower, toilet, electricity, and drainage solutions, not only is the club's economy strengthened, but also the tourism industry in Storebro. More overnight guests benefit local businesses such as shops, restaurants, and gas stations. The project is driven by voluntary efforts and is expected to create about 2,000 guest nights per year. The Leader support contributes to developing new functions for a vibrant countryside and gives the golf club the opportunity to continue being an important gathering point for both sports and tourism.

TOBO Golf Club applied 200,000 SEK in Leader support from Astrid Lindgren's Home District.

The total budget for the project amounts to 500,000 SEK, where the remaining financing comes from:

• The Savings Bank Foundation in Vimmerby: 100,000 SEK

• Own private financing: 200,000 SEK
