Final report

When the project approaches its end, it is time to make a comprehensive evaluation and final reporting. It is now that the entire project's results, completed activities, and the effects that the project has led to should be reported.

Time for final reporting

When the project begins to come to an end, it is time to finalize and summarize what the project has achieved. We at the leader office are here to help and support you when you are finalizing your project.

Contact us

When you conclude the project, it is time to apply for final payment and report. You do this via My pages on The Swedish Board of Agriculture's website.

Remember to contact us at the office before you submit your application for final payment. We will help you and review your documentation and reporting. We do this to reduce the risk of expenses that are not approved being reported. Such errors cannot be corrected afterwards and may lead to deductions from the support amount.

Be proactive

In your decision, the project's end date is stated, and the application for final payment must have been submitted to the Swedish Board of Agriculture by this date at the latest. If you apply too late, you will receive a deduction from the granted support.

If you, for any reason, cannot finalize the project on time, it is important that you apply for an extension. This should then be done before the project's original end date. Contact us at the office.

We want to hear how it has gone

We think it is exciting and rewarding to follow our leader projects. In connection with the final reporting, representatives of the project will therefore be invited to the board to share how it has gone.
