Outdoor area Kinda Storskog

Kinda municipality has been granted project support from Astrid Lindgren's Hembygd to establish a new outdoor area with walking trails, signage, and rest areas in Kinda Storskog. The board has assessed that the project aligns well with Astrid Lindgren's Hembygd's strategy regarding the creation of attractive rural areas for different target groups.

The area Kinda Storskog is already today an interesting excursion destination. However, there is a lack of marked trails and signage, which makes the area underutilized. Through the project, the area will receive marked walking trails, clear signage, and rest areas. The project will also involve the local association life to utilize their knowledge and experiences to further develop the area into a place for their association activities.
