Digital lecture for you who want to develop your cultivation through refinement

When? Monday 18 January, at 18.00- approximately 19.30
Where? Digitally

Based on our own cultivation and our interests, we explore the joy of harvesting, refining, and preserving – and developing the garden and cultivation at a level that suits you.

We look back at Swedish food traditions, reflect on what we eat today and discover how old knowledge can meet today's needs for sustainability and creativity. Which preserved/refined products are interesting from different perspectives – and what is quality, really? Why do we cultivate, what does it give us, and how much space can our hobby take? We are inspired by different ways to make use of the harvest and consider how we can create products that provide both utility, joy, and meaning.

A lecture on the joy of cultivation, food craftsmanship, and the art of making the most of what we have and doing something more with it.

The task before this lecture is to go out into the cultivation or garden and fetch something that means something to you.
