Cultivation and preparedness in Björkö parish

The initiative aims to strengthen local preparedness through cultivation, knowledge dissemination and collaboration in the village. Together with Björkö school, the initiative ”Pumpaberget” is being planned, where children will learn about cultivation through practical activities and a joint harvest festival. The association also wants to start a lending operation for cultivation equipment that can be used by residents in the parish.

Connection point for backup power in Södra Solberga parish house

The project will promote local preparedness by installing a backup power connection in the parish cottage. The initiative also includes activities around preparedness, information about the local emergency plan and practical elements around outdoor cooking. The goal is to create a safe gathering place for the community in times of crisis and social disruption.

Power plant for heating cabin in Nye mission house

The project will purchase a power plant so that the mission house can be used as a heating cabin and gathering place during longer power outages or other crises. The project is being carried out in collaboration with the youth association and the scout corps, where knowledge about outdoor activities and cooking in particular is highlighted as important resources in emergency preparedness work. The initiative will contribute to increased security and preparedness in the region.

Safety point Parish cottage Karlstorp

The project will develop the parish hut into a safety point through the purchase of, among other things, a generator, emergency radio and first aid equipment. The work builds on the study circle on preparedness that has been started in the area and will also contribute to increased knowledge and collaboration through training opportunities and networking. The goal is to strengthen safety and local preparedness in the area.

Opportunities and risks in Ramkvilla

The project aims to strengthen local preparedness and reduce society's vulnerability in times of crisis or war. The project is run by Ramkvilla's civil resources (RCR) in collaboration with the Ramkvilla local community association and consists of two main parts: creating a safety point in Nygårdskyrkan by installing a backup power connection and increasing knowledge about preparedness cultivation through a lecture and a planned communal cultivation. The goal is to be able to offer residents a gathering place with heat, electricity, information and community in times of social disruption, while strengthening local knowledge about their own food supply. 

Island operation Almesåkra parish cottage

The project will strengthen local emergency preparedness by making the Almesåkra parish cottage a safety point that can also function during longer power outages. By installing equipment for island operation, the building will be able to be supplied with electricity from existing solar cells and a tractor-driven generator that is available in the area. When the measures are implemented, the parish cottage will be able to offer heat, water, cooking, toilets and a gathering place for residents in times of crisis. The project builds on the local history association's long-term development of the parish cottage as the area's natural meeting place and helps to secure operations even during social disruptions.

Electric plant Flisby community center Elim

The initiative aims to strengthen the community's emergency preparedness through the purchase of two power plants that will make the community center a safe place to be in the event of power outages and other social disruptions. With access to backup power, the facility can offer heat, information, the ability to charge mobile phones and a safe gathering place for residents. The project also includes training volunteers who will be responsible for the power plants and contribute to local preparedness.

Strengthened preparedness in Forserum

The local history association wants to strengthen Forserum's emergency preparedness by equipping the local history center with a backup power plant that ensures electricity supply in the event of a power outage. This allows the local history center to function as a safety point with heat, water, hygiene facilities, food storage and the ability to charge mobile phones for residents of Forserum and the surrounding countryside in the event of a crisis. The project also includes work on a local emergency plan and information efforts about the safety point.

Utbildning katastrofblödning Stensjön

Projektet ska stärka den lokala beredskapen i Stensjön genom att utbilda invånare i hur man stoppar allvarliga blödningar vid olyckor och kriser. Genom utbildningskvällar får deltagarna lära sig livräddande metoder som kan göra stor skillnad innan ambulans eller räddningstjänst är på plats.

Som en del av satsningen kommer även särskilda ”Stop-the-bleed-kit” att placeras ut på centrala platser i samhället för att öka tryggheten och beredskapen i bygden.
