Recreation center and outdoor environment in Frinnaryd

Frinnaryds community center association is committed to creating a safe and vibrant leisure environment for children and young people – and a pleasant outdoor environment for the entire community.

About the project

The Frinnaryd community center association is being granted funding for a project that will provide the community with both a recreation center for children aged 9–16 and an equipped community center park. There will be a barbecue area, plants and play-friendly areas – a natural meeting place for all generations. The recreation center will be open regularly and staffed by adults and volunteers, which will give the children a safe and inclusive leisure option. The idea is that more people will find their way to the community center, feel involved – and want to stay in Frinnaryd.

The project's total budget amounts to SEK 117,000. Of this, SEK 97,000 is financed through support from Leader Astrid Lindgren's Hometown and SEK 20,000 through a grant from Windin.
