Culture Oak

Kultureken is a place in Fallhult outside Hultsfred where the focus is on developing long-term and professional conditions for cultural activities in a rural context.

By building both an indoor and an outdoor stage with professional sound and lighting equipment, a long-term and sustainable platform for concerts, performing arts, workshops, and creative meetings is created.

The project is based on a clear need: to make culture more accessible even outside the cities and to give cultural practitioners the opportunity to operate under professional and fair conditions in the countryside. Previous events in Fallhult have been fully booked and demonstrated a strong local engagement – but also the need for better infrastructure.
