Local place development in collaboration

The project strengthens local place development in Vetlanda through collaboration between the municipality, residents, associations and the business community. Together, methods and strategies are developed that take advantage of each place's unique identity and contribute to attractive and sustainable local communities.

About the project

The project aims to strengthen Vetlanda's attractiveness and long-term development through close cooperation between the municipality and the local community. Together with residents, associations and businesses, a method for locally anchored place development is being developed where each place's unique conditions are taken advantage of.

The project develops local place development strategies while updating and anchoring Vetlanda's place brand. The work is done through dialogue, meetings and joint processes that strengthen collaboration and create a shared image of the place's identity and future.

The goal is to create a more long-term and structured approach that contributes to attractive and sustainable rural areas throughout the municipality.
