Astrid Lindgren's Hometown is now looking for a committed course leader for the project Cultivation Academy 3.0. The project is aimed at growers at various levels and aims to spread knowledge, inspiration and community through lectures, courses, study visits and coaching.

About the assignment:
Time period: Start in early 2026 – end of November 2027
Scope: Approximately 200–250 hours
The work is partly done remotely, but some physical presence is required.
The assignment includes, among other things:
Introductory lectures and workshops
Cultivation coaching for new groups
Lectures on sustainability and transition
Newsletter/blog posts
Participation in the project steering group
We are looking for someone with training in cultivation/conversion issues, documented experience in holding cultivation courses and a passionate interest in local development. The project is being carried out throughout the Astrid Lindgren's hometown area.
