About the assignment:

  • Time period: Start in early 2026 – end of November 2027

  • Scope: Approximately 200–250 hours

  • The work is partly done remotely, but some physical presence is required.

  • The assignment includes, among other things:

    Introductory lectures and workshops
    Cultivation coaching for new groups
    Lectures on sustainability and transition
    Newsletter/blog posts
    Participation in the project steering group

We are looking for someone with training in cultivation/conversion issues, documented experience in holding cultivation courses and a passionate interest in local development. The project is being carried out throughout the Astrid Lindgren's hometown area.
