Attractive countryside 3.0
In the umbrella project Attractive countryside 3.0, Astrid Lindgren's Home District was able to grant support to associations and organizations that promoted rural development through various initiatives during 2023.
About the project
The project Attractive countryside 3.0 was implemented during 2023 and targeted associations and organizations that wanted to contribute to a long-term and sustainable development of the countryside. We were able to support development ideas that highlighted the values of the countryside and showcased entrepreneurship and that developed local products and services, promoted employment and sustainable entrepreneurial development.
Astrid Lindgren's Home District was able to support the activities with up to 40,000 kronor for example for skills development, product and service development, development of events or activities, and marketing of the values of the countryside.
The support could not be used for ongoing operations, already started or completed activities, or for investment costs over 22,000 kronor excluding VAT with a lifespan of more than three years.
