Emilkraften has received funding from Leader Astrid Lindgren's Hembygd to carry out work to inspire accommodation facilities, organizations, and individuals with an interest in cycling tourism.
The purpose of the project is to bring together accommodation facilities and cottage renters with various actors in outdoor activities, primarily cycling, and to create interesting products that can be marketed and sold. These should be cross-border and aimed at different target groups. The project aims to highlight and demonstrate that we truly are a region that offers many types of cycling and various cycling products with a wide range, beautiful views, good technical standards, and serious actors.
The goal of the project is a new network between cycling clubs, accommodation facilities, and other actors in the three municipalities.
